Paramount Capital Advisors Welcomes Prem Pajwani as Associate

Paramount Capital Advisors (PCA) is pleased to welcome Prem Pajwani as an Associate, further strengthening the firm’s capital advisory platform and expanding its ability to deliver tailored financing solutions to clients nationwide.

In his role at PCA, Prem focuses on sourcing and structuring capital solutions across Conventional, SBA, Agency, and CMBS financing, supporting a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. He works closely with clients to align financing strategies with investment objectives, asset profiles, and market conditions.

Prior to joining PCA, Prem worked independently with a family office, where he sourced and executed financing solutions for multifamily properties, single-family rental portfolios, and hospitality assets across the United States. During this time, he collaborated with a wide range of capital sources, including debt funds, national and community banks, credit unions, government agencies, and conduit lenders, developing a strong foundation in creative deal structuring and execution.

Prem earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to capital advisory.
