Paramount Capital Advisors accesses institutional capital on behalf of real estate investors seeking a capital partner to either acquire or develop institutional quality real estate of any product type or to recapitalize an existing partnership. We will analyze the deal structure and our client’s needs to identify the appropriate capital structure. The type of structured capital that can be sourced includes Preferred Equity, Joint Venture Equity and Sponsorship Equity.
