Prior to joining PCA, Prem worked independently with a family office, sourcing financing solutions for multifamily properties, single-family portfolios, and hospitality assets nationwide. In this role, he gained experience collaborating with debt funds, national and community banks, credit unions, as well as government agencies and conduit lenders. He specialized in creatively structuring and executing financing solutions tailored to his clients’ investment goals.
Prem earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
