Paramount Capital Advisors accesses institutional capital on behalf of real estate investors seeking a capital partner to either acquire or develop institutional quality real estate of any product type or to recapitalize an existing partnership. We will analyze the deal structure and our client’s needs to identify the appropriate capital structure. The type of structured capital that can is sourced includes:

  • Preferred Equity

  • Joint Venture Equity

  • Sponsorship Equity

Matching Capital

Through constant interaction with a variety of institutional capital sources, we understand their investment preferences to efficiently and effectively match capital with a specific transaction and sponsor, therefore saving our client’s time by making the process more efficient. Securities investments may be brokered or offered by nonaffiliated broker-dealers.
